A score-threshold alert is a custom rule you create yourself, available on Pro and above — see the five alerts VerifyFiltering sends for what actually triggers one. This article covers setting one up.
Custom alert rules live on your Notifications page, not a separate alerts page. If you're a team member scoped to specific groups rather than the whole fleet, you won't have access to this section at all — alerts apply account-wide with no per-group scoping, so there's no way to give a group-scoped member a filtered view of them.
Alert when score drops below: a percentage from 1 to 100, defaulting to 70% for a new rule.
Applies to: either your whole fleet, or one specific device. If your account has no active devices yet, the specific-device option is disabled rather than left selectable with nothing to pick.
Alert frequency: a choice between "Instant" and "Daily digest." See below — this one doesn't currently do what its label suggests.
Whichever option you pick, "Instant" or "Daily digest," the behavior is identical: every rule checks hourly and can send at most one email per device every 24 hours. There's no batching — each device that crosses your threshold gets its own separate email the moment it's detected, never combined into a single daily summary. If you're choosing based on wanting a digest-style email instead of individual alerts, that option doesn't currently produce one.
Each rule has a Test action that sends a real email immediately — not a preview, an actual send to your account's email address. This is gated the same way creating the rule is: available on Pro and above only.
Your rule isn't deleted — it's kept exactly as configured, but stops firing until your account is Pro or above again. Upgrading brings it back without needing to recreate it.
