Comparing VerifyFiltering Plan Tiers

Every paid plan does the same core job — continuous, automated compliance monitoring across your devices, instead of a one-time scan. What changes between tiers is how many devices you can cover, how often they're checked, and which organizational features come with it. For exact current prices, see the pricing page — this article is about what each tier actually gets you.

What's the same on every tier

You don't have to go up a tier just to get basic monitoring. Every plan — Basic through Enterprise — includes:

  • Scan history and compliance scoring
  • All three built-in compliance profiles: CIPA, UK Safer Internet, and Friendly WiFi
  • Device offline alerts and new device alerts
  • On-demand PDF reports

What scales up is device count and how often those devices get checked, plus a set of features that only turn on once you're managing devices at some scale.

Devices and scan frequency

TierMonitored devicesScan frequency
Basic5Every 60 minutes
Pro10Every 30 minutes
Business20Every 15 minutes
Enterprise100Every 15 minutes

A "device" is any machine running the monitoring agent — laptop, server, router, or similar. If you remove a device from monitoring, it stops counting against your limit.

What turns on at Pro

  • Device groups — organize devices into named groups for easier browsing and filtering.
  • Custom score-threshold alerts — get notified when a device's compliance score drops below a level you set, instead of only on offline/new-device events.
  • Bulk pause and resume — pause or resume monitoring on every device at once, instead of one at a time.

What turns on at Business

Everything in Pro, plus:

  • Emailed PDF reports — a fresh PDF report emailed automatically after every scan, instead of only generating one on demand.
  • Team member seats — up to 3 additional logins under your account, each with a role (Admin, Technician, Viewer, or Billing) that controls what they can see and do.

What turns on at Enterprise

Everything in Business, plus:

  • Custom compliance profiles — instead of the three built-in profiles, choose exactly which content categories get tested, set per device, per group, or fleet-wide.
  • Up to 20 additional team member seats, instead of Business's 3.

Changing plans later

You can upgrade or downgrade at any time, and it takes effect immediately rather than waiting for your next billing date. Nothing you've configured gets deleted when you drop a tier — groups, category profiles, alert rules, and team member accounts are all kept and come back automatically if you upgrade again. See what changes when you downgrade a plan for the full picture, including exactly what happens to team member access below Business.

Not sure which tier fits? Start with how many devices you actually need to monitor and how often you need eyes on them — that alone often settles it between Basic and Pro. If you're managing a team or need reports to land in someone else's inbox automatically, that's the point where Business starts to make sense.
